Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Yes. Nurse registration and profile creation on KRG is free.
Fees for placement assistance are disclosed clearly before any service
is initiated and are applicable only for specific placement services
where legally permitted.
KRG’s verification team reviews and validates nursing council registration,
degree certificates, experience letters, and other key documents
uploaded to your profile. Verified documents receive a status tag
visible to hospitals. The process takes 24–48 hours.
We recruit across all major nursing specialties including ICU/Critical Care,
OT/Surgical Nursing, General/Staff Nursing, Paediatrics/NICU, Dialysis,
Home Healthcare, Emergency/Casualty, Oncology, Gynaecology,
and Psychiatric Nursing.
Most nurses with a complete, verified profile receive their first matched
opportunities within 3–7 days of registration. Placement timelines
depend on specialty, location, and availability — but our median
time-to-placement is significantly faster than the industry average.
Hospitals can register, complete their institutional profile, and submit
vacancy details including specialty required, experience level,
shift preference, and salary range. KRG activates verified vacancies
within 24 hours and delivers a matched shortlist within 3–5 working days.
After placing a nurse through KRG, hospital HR teams get access to a
live dashboard that tracks every placed nurse’s license renewal dates,
contract periods, and document expiry. Automated alerts are sent
60 and 30 days before any lapse — reducing compliance risk
for the hospital and supporting the nurse’s ongoing career.
Currently, our primary focus is domestic placement across India.
We do provide guidance and documentation support for nurses preparing
for international careers — including OET/IELTS exam preparation
resources and international pathway roadmaps.
Full international placement services are coming soon.
