We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse – ICU / Wards to join our team at Manipal Hospitals in Baner Pune. The Staff Nurse – ICU / Wards will be responsible for providing quality patient care and ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
• Assist with patient assessments and treatments
• Document patient care and progress
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current nursing license in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in ICU/wards nursing
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
