Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities, in accordance with Fortis Healthcare standards.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate patient care with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team at Fortis Healthcare.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols.
• Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of nursing care plans and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage and maintain medical equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Address and resolve patient and family concerns, providing compassionate and effective communication.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing.

Requirements:
• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution relevant to Fortis Healthcare.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a hospital setting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role at Fortis Healthcare or a similar institution.
• Strong clinical skills, including experience in administering medications, patient monitoring, and care coordination.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of nursing staff.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to address patient and family concerns effectively.
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and respond promptly to emergencies.
